Your session begins with an all-natural hand scrub and self healing hand créme made from organic oils, herbal extracts, and flower essence; layered with an herbal infused hand salve. You will experience an Epsom salt foot soak with ingredients specially curated to your needs, completed with an invigorating coffee foot scrub.

 A scalp and facial massage encourages the lymphatic and nervous systems to balance and restore. Coupled with a 30 minute Reflexology session using special massage oil containing a synergistic combination of herbs for aiding the body's natural process of healing. A neuro-emotional healing technique called Splankna Therapy. (Splankna is the Greek word for “gut”. Which is where we tend to store stuck emotions related to traumas) This Christian centered mind-body technique allows healing to take place helping the client to release stuck emotions and traumas that can be stored within the body. Crystal’s focus in assisting her clients is to enable a healthier and happier quality of life, free of excess burdens, as God intended for us.  One session will work on a specific trauma that the body has stored emotions related to it by allowing the body to let go of the emotions. Also using techniques such as EMDR , TFT, and applied kinesiology to help guide and release stuck emotions.
